1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 75bed platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3 Account Registration

3.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure. Any winnings accumulated through an account opened on the basis of false information may be voided.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 75bed strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and do not share your login details with any third party. 4 Identity Verification (KYC)

75bed is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that may be required before a withdrawal is processed, when a promotional bonus is claimed, or at any other time at 75bed's reasonable discretion.

4.1 Documents Required

75bed may request the following documents in connection with KYC verification:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 75bed account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. 75bed does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. 75bed does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of KYC verification being confirmed and all applicable wagering requirements being met. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

75bed reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual in size or frequency relative to the account's deposit and betting history. This is a standard fraud-prevention and responsible gaming measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on 75bed are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 75bed does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred when using internationally-issued cards.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 75bed offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the respective promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable cash. Before any bonus amount — or any winnings generated from wagering with a bonus — can be withdrawn, the Player must complete the wagering requirement specified for that bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted).

• Only bets placed using bonus funds count towards wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bets placed on restricted game categories specified in the promotion's terms do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bets that are voided, cancelled, or reversed for any reason do not contribute to wagering progress.
• 75bed reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable during the wagering of a bonus. Bets exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the bonus being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to a Player's account. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on 75bed are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet placed, including the selection, stake amount, and bet type, before confirming the wager. 75bed does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets that have already been confirmed, except where an error originated from within the 75bed platform itself.

7.2 Odds and Market Availability

Odds for all sports markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other events — are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. 75bed reserves the right to suspend any market at any time for operational or integrity reasons.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by 75bed in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within a period specified in the applicable market rules.
• The bet was accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error or system malfunction.
• Sporting authorities have declared the event or result void for any reason including match-fixing, doping violations, or administrative errors.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to the Player's 75bed account balance.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

75bed applies maximum winnings limits on a per-bet and per-day basis. The applicable limits are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. Any winnings that exceed the published maximum will be capped at the stated limit. Players are advised to review current limits before placing large stakes.

8 Casino & Game Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino and instant games available on 75bed — including slots, live casino tables, fishing games, and instant games such as Mine — are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment monitored by licensed studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by 75bed or any of its employees.

8.2 Game Provider Rules

Games provided by third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are subject to the rules of the respective provider. 8.3 Malfunction and Disconnection

In the event of a technical malfunction or network disconnection during a game, the outcome of the interrupted game round will be determined from the server-side records maintained by 75bed and the relevant Game Provider. These records take precedence over any information displayed on the Player's device. If a valid round cannot be determined from available records, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's account balance.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by 75bed

75bed reserves the right to suspend or place restrictions on any account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account has been involved in prohibited conduct; the account may present a fraud, money-laundering, or match-fixing risk; or the account holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

During a suspension, the Player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. 75bed will investigate the circumstances and notify the Player of its findings and any action taken within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 Closure by Player

Upon closure, any remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding uncleared bonus amounts) will be returned to the payment method most recently used for deposits, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

11.3 Consequences of Closure for Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is closed by 75bed as a result of confirmed prohibited conduct, the entire account balance — including deposited funds, bonus amounts, and accumulated winnings — may be forfeited. 75bed will provide a written explanation of the closure decision upon request.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bed platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of 75bed or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 75bed platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without express written permission from 75bed.

The brand name "75bed" and the 75bed logo are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bed's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

75bed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if 75bed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

75bed does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
